Our working design (Building Regulation) drawings are highly detailed and informative making them popular with construction teams and paving the way for year on year repeat business. We can also provide design details suitable for highways and water authority sewer adoption, or even bespoke detailed design site fabrication drawings for such things as these interior feature "floating" stairs and guarding's as shown the photograph on the right above. We deal regularly with Local Authority building control as well as other approved inspectorates such as the NHBC and Premier Guarantee. We have also commenced our first design project incorporating the code for "Sustainable Homes".
